A Browser That Gets Past the Great Firewall

recently I found that the older version of ChromeGAE could no longer get past the firewall, which was pretty frustrating, and the Google webmaster tools stopped working too. With no other option I searched on Baidu and found the latest circumvention software, and it seems decent. Sharing it here.
