Chatting casually in a technical QQ group, I mentioned that I’d recently been thinking about getting a mini server, since running too many virtual machines on the computer feels slow and is inconvenient to operate. A group member mentioned that with intranet penetration you can do it very easily without hosting a Linux server locally.
So I looked up the ngrok they were talking about. Baidu’s explanation is as follows:
Looks like this is a pretty good tool — it reduces the resource usage that comes with hosting.
ngrok is an open-source program, but its official service is overseas, and accessing overseas services from within China is slow.
Domestically there are corresponding ngrok services: natapp, frp, nat123 port mapping, 内网通, and so on.

Actually, you can just buy yourself a mini server and keep it at home to host a blog. When you have spare time you can play with hardware, and studying servers is fine too.
